writing into excel sheet

I extracted features from a folder of images. I want to write all these feature values into one single excel sheet. But it doesn't working. Please someone help.

What happened when you tried?

Note that matlab does not provide any "write at the end" operation for xlswrite or writetable or similar. If you need a "write at the end" operation then you need to use ActiveX to interface to Excel, or you need to read in the entire current content and append the new and write that out.

The recommended approach is to gather all of the data into an array first and then write it all in one operation.

Otherwise, keep track of where the end of data is and use that knowledge to build ranges to write to with xlswrite or writetable.

Sometimes with pure numeric data the best approach is to incrementally write out a binary file, and then whenthe data is written, read the binary all in (a fast operation) and write to excel (a slower operation)

I used this code. But it gave error. ie

Dimensions of arrays being concatenated are not consistent.

If you examine size() of each of the variables in that list you will find that some of them do not have the same number of rows that are others have.

Possibly some of the items are row vectors where the others are column vectors.

In the case where some of the variables have different numbers of rows than the other, what result were you hoping for? For example if one of the variables was [1 2;3 4] and another was [5 6 7] then what would your desired outcome be?
