Does anyone know how to implement density evolution for the sum product algorithm of LDPC code on AWGN channel ?

I am currently looking for density evolution (sum product, belief propagation or message passing decoding) of LDPC code on mathwork but most of the result is just differential evolution. Any recomended idea for an efficient implementation of this algorithm ?
