Codegen parfor + singleC

Please add support for 'parfor' when using codegen C generator/compiler with 'singleC' (32 bit float) option. double precision works fine, and the codegen 'C' output between double and single precision does not look much different, so why the limitation?

parfor support is an active area of development for -singleC feature;
