Step 1: Reproduce the Issue:

• Begin by replicating the issue you've encountered. Open your University MATLAB portal and click on the "Sign in to get started" button, which will open a new tab.

Step 2: Session Data Capture:

• In the same browser session, open this link: https://www.mathworks.com/auth-edu-sp/Session and save what appears by saving the page itself or taking a screenshot.

Following the generation of the Session Data, kindly send the file to MathWorks via email.

These steps will ensure that the Session Data is appropriately extracted and provided to MathWorks for troubleshooting.
