Lego NXT I2C sensor - simulink block

I`m using simulink to control Lego NXT brick. I have new sensor. It can measure Compass, gyro and acceleration. Is possible create simulink block for this sensor data reading? Sensor have I2C Address 0x22 and all data what I need are in registers between 0x42 and 0x58. Exist any generic simulink block for I2c comunication on NXT where Port, Address and register are parameters?
