Hey, did you see a feedback from the System, a kind of error message?
since 2 days I have also a issue regarding upload an (previousely downloaded & modified) csv file.
I saw the Error message : "The file was not uploaded because it contains invalid location fields".

The enforcement of time stamps seems to have become more strict. I will look into what changed.
I was able to upload this file:
datetime field1 field2 field3 field4 field5 field6 field7 field8 latitude longitude elevation status
2019-12-02 11:23:45+300 1.11 2.22 3.33 4.44 5.55 6.66 7.77 8.88 20.22 156.4 24 Asleep
Can you share the format of your file?

The format of my file basically came from the exported csv file from the channel. I just tried to remove the zero data readings that came from a hardware issue. But when I tried to reupload the same csv file that was exported, the file cannot be reupload due to the issue. The format I was using was
created_at field1 field2 field3 field4 field5 field6
2020-02-07 00:00:31 +08 90.05 29.05 822 0 1 1
Hoping for next reply cause we hope to use the platform for our thesis presentation. Thanks

There is presently a bug in the csv import. We are working on a fix. In the mean time, you may be able to user the bulk update csv endpoint. Ill post more details soon.

Hello
I have been suffering from the same problem. However, the following trick worked with me. Replace all empty fields by some finite value like -1
Having done that, I could upload my csv However, the graph looks now ugly.
Cheers, Alex.

The issue has been fixed and your csv uploads should work as before.

I downloaded my channel data, make some adjustments. But when uploading it replies "The uploaded file was not imported because it is missing timestamps" how can I fix the problem?

Maybe if you share your CSV file as an attachment we can guide you to what is missing.
