Error using horzcat,Dimensions of matrices being concatenated are not consistent

I am trying to build a plant model and I am seeing the error "Error using horzcat,Dimensions of matrices being concatenated are not consistent" but command window doesn't show a path where the error is? is the anyway we can find the location. I ran the simulink model and it is running fine without any errors.

Hi

I am assuming that your plant model has no link with MATLAB. If you have any error with your model, that will be visible in the diagnostic viewer. Since your model runs without any error, it might be a problem with some file in MATLAB. Please make sure of the MATLAB scripts if any, associated with your model.
