Is there a way to prevent a library from being unlocked?

At the very least, a way so that it can't be easily done without obscure commands. I don't think there is but I'm asking in case there's a way.
Please nobody suggest to save it as a protected model (which would be a supremely inefficient solution for for a library of 200-some blocks, and wouldn't work in any case since these blocks don't usually work as atomic subsystems). The point of this is not to hide implementation. The point is to lock down a version and discourage users from relying on "improvements". I don't care if users want to copy-and-paste and edit their own blocks, or hack the slx file, or whatever. That's on them. I just want a library that can't be unlocked by obvious means.
