what do i do if i cant find the installation key

earlier i installed matlab in my lap. Due to an issue in the lap i had to format it and now i cant remember the password to my matlab account. i had bought matlab using that account. later because i had to use matlab,i created a new account and installed the matlab app in my phone and used it.Now i logged using that account. now i want to install matlab in my lap.For that i need a licsence number.but cant get it because i cant remember the password to the account i created before. what shoud i do to get the license number?
