How to plot Average spectra with standard deviation error bars at various key indices .

Hello Team,
I have a requirement to plot mean of 100 samples each belonging to 2 classes along with the standard deviation error bars at various key indices as shown in the image below.
Could you please help me with the matlab code/function to do so.
