plot the correlation between observes and results of proposed method

hi every body.

I have tested an algorithm of temporal synchronization between two imaging modalities on 6 patients. The results are frame numbers.

Now, i want to plot the correlation between the results of the proposed method and the results of the visual reading of an expert.

the frame numbers of both methods are listed in the table attach.
