I am trying to run code and I keep recieving this error.

Have a read here and here. It will greatly improve your chances of getting an answer.

Even without being able to run the code myself I don't see how the error could be generated. The only vector is X, the rest of the variables are scalars, until A(ncells), where a vector of lenght 20 is created with some value in the last position.
