Ploting the Multiple ROC curves with different colors in a single graph by calling the function

[EER1, confInterEER1, OP1, confInterOP1, DI1, xx1, yy1, xROC1, yROC1]=EER_DET1(1-GenuineScore,1-ImposterScore,OPvalue1,pas01)

the above is the function which gives the output FAR vs FRR. ROC and DET i need to execute the above function on 2 programs which is having the multiple datasets one program each i need to change the color of graph for the second program. and plot the 2 programs graphs on a single graph. how can i do this. The program is attached.
