hao can I rescue my unsaved mlx

I have created a mlx file to test and run my code. But with my system crushed abruptly, I had to turn off my computer and now I can't find my code. In the folder.no XXX.mlx exists,no XXX.asv exists. In fact, I have run my code in several times,but it is still an untitled file. Can I find my code and if can, how should I do？
