How can I set the default Font for app designer?

We have a company font that I would like to use, it's already in the system. What's the best way to mark all components in app designer with this font? Or use when I add new components?

In my case, I want to install a new custom font and use it in apps. It is either a quirky problem or I am misunderstanding something. So far I have not got an answer...

Hi Josh,

You can try using this lines of code:

defaultFontName = 'Helvetica';
defaultFontSize = 12;
root = matlab.ui.RootProperties;
root.DefaultUicontrolFontName = defaultFontName;
root.DefaultUicontrolFontSize = defaultFontSize;
matlab.ui.RootProperties = root;
