Values won't take from workspace

While trying to create a model, the values I assigned in the workspace are not being used. The below Rw should be .25 as seen in the other picture as should the other values. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

What makes you think that correct values are not being used. Simulink does not always display the value on the block, however, it is used in simulation.

Not enough information about the problem here. Implementation seems OK.

Have you run the model?, got any warning or error message?
