websave big Excel file when VPN in from home

I use websave to download a 1.6MB and a 150K Excel files from url. I have Matlab full version and no issue in office or VPN in from home. My coworker has only MCR and has no problem running in office. He gets error that no file found with the 1.6MB file when VPN in from home while no issue downloading the 150K file. I call the function like this: websave(local name, url). Any suggestions? Thanks.

Is the coworker able to download the 1.6MB file directly using URL(for example, in a browser)? Also, would it be possible for you provide the link to the file?

Yes, the coworker could manually download the file from the URL. This file is on our internal sharepoint site. I don't think you can access from outside. Also there are 3 excel files on the same site but different subfolders. Those 3 files are much smaller (145KB). No issue downloading them when VPN in. Thanks.

I was not able to reproduce the error using a similar setup. Most likely, the issue is with the VPN or with the file itself. Without access to the file and the VPN, it would not be possible for us to figure out the issue.
