Please Help me How can Extract the Blood Vessel Segmentation

Hi.......I have Extract the blood vessels using fundus images but still the images was not extracted properly Preprossing i have used to Anisotropic Diffusion Filter ,Gamma correction and CHLAE and the Post- Processing method using Vessels Extraction using Adaptive Thershloding but the blood vessels are not extracted .....any other methods for using extraction and segmentation process

Just to clarify, Sowmiya has posted a comment with a journal article with someone with nearly the same name where the abstract claimed to have already developed an improved algorithm for extracting the vessels. Then he deleted the comment.
By the way, this File Exchange submission on cosfire filters seems to look promising: Trainable COSFIRE filters for curvilinear structure delineation in images

Hi sir I'm a student I have a Project of "Extraction and classification of blood vessels from fundus Images using SVM sir. I refereed the Base paper in"An Unsupervised Approach for blood vessels from Fundus Image " . My base paper i will changed sir I add the classification Process and Preprocessing i can implement the An-isotropic Diffusion Filter sir. I finished my processing process Sir But the segmentation process the blood vessel's are not segmented properly so which code for used in the segmentation process sir. Please suggested that any other code for me sir.

Yes, it has pretty much any image processing article ever published.

I'm familiar with much of the work in the Optic Flow outline, though from a neurosci perspective rather than computer vis.
