Using Automated Driving Toolbox with Unreal Engine for commercial purposes

Hello, I would like to ask you about new MATLAB R2020a, where it is said that the automated driving toolbox can use visualisations so the actors in scenarios do not have to be "cuboid" objects any more but visualisation using UNREAL Engine can be used.
And I would like to ask you, how it works with licensing the UNREAL engine, its FAQ states:
Under the terms of the Unreal Engine EULA for Publishing, you are generally obligated to pay to Epic 5% of all gross revenue after the first $3,000 per game or other off-the-shelf interactive product per calendar quarter, regardless of what company collects the revenue
Is the engine integrated in MATLAB so when I have MATLAB License for commercial use, I can use the UNREAL visualisation as well or the visualisation have to be somehow exported to the UNREAL User Environment and then I have to pay the royalties to the UNREAL publisher?
Thank you very much for your response.
