https://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2012a/toolbox/simulink/slref/sign.html maybe for pink??

Purely based on your screenshot, not on the dynamics you want to achieve:
- Pink is 'Sign'
- Blue is 'Dead zone' in series with 'Sign' (the 'Dead zone' first)
