I am participating in an academic study in which I have to work with thermal images and then processed with the help of MATLAB. However, I do not have much knowledge in this program and in this area of ​​study. I was wondering if someone could tell me how I can obtain the temperature values ​​of each pixel from a thermal image.

My problem is the following: I can process the thermal image with the program FLIR Tools and export the image to CSV format with the Temperature of each pixel... I need to do the same using MATLAB but when I try to do the same with MATLAB I only can see the image data in RGB...

Attach your thermal image - the one you read into MATLAB where you're then trying to create the csv file from it. Or else if it's not an image, then whatever data you have.
