what should be the sequence of intializations(enabling of analog n digital channels) in DAQ CARDS

DAQ CARD:NI USB 6255
data should be acquired from a sensor through DAQ , Task: give a pixel address to acquire a data from that pixel and display using imshow.
Condition: within 1 second all pixels are to be addressed, data is acquired from them and display using imshow .
at present what seq. i follow: analog in digital op are initialized, a for loop is used to address each pixel , for each value of for loop i am starting acquisition and displaying , time taken for single value is 1.1 second, for 1024 it will take much time .
help me to reduce the timing .
