How can I choose right filter based on unfiltered and filtered signals

Hi Matlabers
I have two signals in matlab. One is unfiltered and other is filtered. Second is just noiseless version of first unfiltered signal.
How can I find out which filter should I use to get that unfiltred signal from filtred one ?

Can you share your signals as mat file?

Hi, Unfortunately cant share the data. First signal is more noise, and second filtered signal is smooth

You can't tell definitively. There are lots of different filters that could give the same output of a given signal. It could be a linear filter (like a low pass filter in the time/spatial or Fourier/frequency domain, or an inverse/Wiener filter), or a non-linear filter (like a median filter or whatever).
