I have 3 matrixes for N,E,D and a ref lat/lon, how can I generate a geotiff in 2019b?

I see an example in docs for something like this in 2020a, but I don't have access to that yet. I do have access to mapping toolbox, but most of the documentation for it is over my head. I was wondering if anyone had a simple example?
