PID tuner causing error in intergrator block

Hi,
I'm building compensated system using a PID controller, and the design requirements are:
Settling time <3s
Overshoot <5%
I have tried to meet these requirements using the PID tuner to find the best gain values, but when i run the simulation, it produces the error shown in this image: https://i.imgur.com/mY5Abhr.png . Is this a problem with the subsystem that i am using for the model or is there something wrong with how i'm using the PID tuner?
