I need to use matlab in Realtime, but when I go to the task manager and try to change it, its givimg me an error:
Unable to set Realtime priority. The priority was set to High instead...
I tried to do so with other application, the result is the absolutly the same...
I am using Windows 7 Home Edition(retail)

I think RTW handle setting higher priority to your application. What we need is that your model runs with higher priority (not the RTW). Have you tried to build your model and connect it to the target, what kind of error did you get?

To make it faster, more money!
- pc with more memory and speed
- don't work under windows or any OS, use for example Xpc target toolbox.
with rtw you are limited in speed.
what is your sample time?
