How to quantify the steps in findchangepts function output?

Hi! I found the change points on my data with this code:

M5i = movmean(Pc,10);
findchangepts(M5i,'Statistic','mean','MaxNumChanges',30);

Now I would like to quantify the difference between consecutive steps (in the y axis) and store this values in a matrix.

In addition I would like to plot the date in the x-axis.
