How to extract curves from edges of a complex image

Hello, I have an image of a car door. I have taken a photo of it and extracted all the edges in the image using savitky_golay filter. Now that I have all the edges I nned to extract curves from the edges. I have no idea how to proceed further.

I need all the edges of the images as curves. Please help me out.
