How can I threshold video frames by color and then play it?

I'm having troubles separating 3 markers of different colors for a biomechanic study. I have tried to solve it by separating rgb channels of a frame, and also by using the color thresholder but im still stuck. Can someone help me with this? I would also like to maintain the original color of each of the 3 the markers.
