Export TIF contourf with specific parameters

Hello, someone would know how I can export in TIF format, a graph that I have made using the contourf command that meets the following characteristics without using the export setup of the figure.

1 - Resolution of 300x300 dpi.

2 - Size 40 mm high with 50 mm wide.

3 - White background.
