Can't find peltier device in simscape library.

Where's the peltier element in the simscape library? Typing "ee_peltier_device" in command window results in "Unrecognized function or variable 'ee_peltier_device'." and it's not listed in simscape electrical. Currently running MATLAB R2020a

This might be because of the unavailability of Simscape Electrical toolbox. So, you may require installing Simscape Electrical to access the example. You can find the list of tooboxes installed in your system by using ver command.

2015 don't have Peltier element. How can I install external library to use this Peltier element?

It would most likely be in the simscape electrical toolbox which you can download here
