How to connect Knob to the Gain Block, which is assigned a Simulink parameter

I added a gain black and added a variable Kp to it. How to connect this with the Kp with the Knob

Double-click the Knob block. You can see the block parameters dialog box with a message 'Select blocks in the Simulink Editor to connect tunable parameters and variables to this knob'. Select the Gain block and you can see Kp listed. If this doesn't work, you may update the diagram (Ctrl+D) and repeat above steps.
