how to rectify this error

This error has occured duing installing matlab r2020a . Please tell a solution

It looks like your screenshot gives you the solution. Did you look at the answer link it gave you? I presume so and I guess it didn't work otherwise you would not be posting here. Did you contact the Mathworks? If you had called them, then you wouldn't be posting here, so why didn't you call them on the telephone? Truly, that is the fastest way to get it solved. And it's free, even for students.
