How to set specific contour line color/style using contourf?

Is it possible to set the line color of just one specific contour line when using contourf? In the attached figure? I would like to highlight the 150 contour by making it a different color, thickness, and maybe line type.

Use contour again

That could work.

Notice that darova repeated the 150 (the level): that is a useful trick. MATLAB distinguishes whether you are asking for 150 different levels, or for 150 to be the level value, by looking to see whether the given value is a scalar (in which case it is to be number of levels to use) or a non-scalar (in which case use those particular values)

Thanks, this works well. One small issue though: the new line covers the label for the 150 contour. Is there any way to prevent this?

Create contour for levels you want

contour(x,y,z,[0 50 100 200 250 300],'showtext','on')

Create contour for '150' level separately with label

hold on
conttour(x,y,z,[150 150],'showtext','on')
hold off
