 im(i-B+1:i+B-1,j-B+1:j+B-1)+1;

Just use plus sign

 imm(B:n-B,B:m-b) = im(B:n-B,B:m-b)) + 1;

I dont see any sliding window in your code line? you apply the process in the whole image at the same time
