Can I name data in the scatter graph?

I need a name of data on the graph.

I want to draw it like an attached image file.

This can be very much done......read about text. With this you can place text where ever you want by providing location.

1. Read the file usinf xlsread.
2. Plot the data using plot.
3. Show the test using text.
