How to fix certain column in GUIDE table to make it always be visible?

Hi guys,
I am having an GUIDE setting issue here:
My table consists of three part: 1st column, middle part with variable numbers of columns, and last column. When the middle part columns get more, there would be a default horizontal scroll bar to see all the columns. Is there any method I could fix the first and last column to make them always be visible and the scroll bar only works on the middle part? Like the attached figure.
I realize this by combining three tables together, but the following issue is every row should actually represent one case together. When cases get too many and vertical scroll bar shows up, these tables are working seperately with three vertical scroll bars individually, which is definitely not what I want...
Thanks heartily beforehand!
