Why is my University's Portal not working when attempting to link to a Campus-Wide-License?

Why is my University Portal not working?  When I select "Sign in to get started," I get an error.

When selecting "Sign in to get started" on the University Portal, the web page should navigate away from University Portal and be directed to the University's Sign In page.
If 'Sign in to get started" button sends you to a web page with an error, please contact your University IT Support for assistance.
