I have done training data for ann, then get the following results
how to test with new data?

See perform function(): https://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2020a/deeplearning/ref/perform.html
If you want to calculate the output for a new data point, you can use ann object as a function
trained_ann(test_data_point)
