Unable to find device IP address and port number.

Apple iOS support のセットアップの途中、このエラーで
終わってしまいます。
解決策を教えていただけると助かります！
ちなみに、wifi は同一の環境にいます。IPアドレス特に問題ありません。

今回セットアップされているのは以下の Support Package でしょうか。

問い合わせの中から調査いたしましたが、似た現象を見付けられておりません。
環境依存の側面が強いため、上記 File Exchange リンク先のコメント欄にて現象をご連絡頂くか、もしくはファイルを提供している MathWorks Simulink Team に直接ご連絡頂くのが近道かと思います。お手数をお掛け致しますがご検討ください。
