Microcontroller Implementation for solar power systems in Simulink

Hello friends,

I have started working on MPPT Implementation for Solar Cells in Simulink , and I need to know how I can implement a control technique in , e.g the controller will sense V and I parameters of the solar panel in Simulink environment and decide the approppriate switching frequency , using some control algorithm .Is there any digital controller out there where I can perhaps write a C code or something ?
