MATLAB support package for Arduino hardware

Hello, the support package wont let me program my arduino uno and i am unable to communicate with the arduino.

I've reinstalled the support package and MATLAB muiltiple times.

The code below is from the link provided by the upload arduino server in the image.

I've got exactly the same issue with arduino MKR 1010.

Customer support is having trouble with this problem as well. we can't seem to figure out what's wrong.
