how can i write this in matlab

So i have a code that can add a values in an excel sheet, but i want my code to add data in the empty row.

or

writematrix(M,'M.xls','Sheet',2,'Range','A3:E8')

If you just want to add a row just change A3 to A4 and it would add an empty row.
