Yes, there are some inverter blocks/examples present in Simulink and Simscape:

2. Inverter (Three-Phase)
3. Three-Phase Voltage Source Inverter

what input should you give to the g input for a three phase inverter?there is a error showing Error in port widths or dimensions. 'Output Port 1' of 'multidrivesystem/Inverter (Three-Phase)/Detailed/Detailed/Model/gate' is a one dimensional vector with 1 elements.

Error in port widths or dimensions. 'Input Port 1' of 'multidrivesystem/Inverter (Three-Phase)/Detailed/Detailed/Model/g1,d1,g2,d2, ...' has 6 elements. This port does not accept the dimensions (or orientation) specified by the input signal.

i connected gate pulse to the three phase inverter. dimensions og gate pulse are one and input of the inverter is 6 in dimension.
