Part visualization doesn't load in simscape multibody?

I exported an assembly file from inventor to simscape multibody. The parts are exported as step files. But when i try to redefine the parts, visualization doesn't load. It just shows the loading symbol or shows a blank screen. How can i solve this?

Some geometry files take a long time to load.

Some options:

1. Upload the STEP file and we can take a look at it.
2. Convert the STEP file to an STL file, it may load faster.
