why am i unable to install simscape multibody toolbox for matlab 2019b??

1) proxy boxes unchecked

2) before also i had tried i.e. by antivirus disabling

3) I tried this too.

Please try running the following from a command prompt, then try the installer again.

setx _JAVA_OPTIONS -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true

setx JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true

tried !! didnt work

i am getting a this particular error " The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process)

i have given the request about this issue but no reply

Hi,

I have faced this same issue when trying to install Simscape Multibody from the MATLAB Add-On Explorer.

As an alternative, you can utilize the MATLAB installer to access that toolbox as per the instructions given in the following MATLAB Answers Post:
