GUI Slider Update Error

I have been trying to created a slider that actively updates a edit box in a GUI. Everything else in the GUI shows up except the slider. Also it had worked for around thrity inutes then stopped working. the Code is:

And the Error Code is :

Undefined function 'sliderPanel' for input arguments of type 'cell'.

Error in Beam_Deflection_GUI (line 161)
[sldr,pnl,edt] = ...

Any ideas?

Why do you put braces around line? They're not necessary and I don't know how it ever worked in the first place, unless this is what you added to break it. Remove the braces at the beginning and end of each line and see how that goes.

Im not sure how but It is working again, with the cell array inputs. When I try it with out the brackets, the slider does not appear.
