how to compute for weighted ECDF

Hi, I am trying to generate ecdf for my temperature data using the ecdf function which went well. However, I'm stucked on how to derived a weighted ecdf. What I want to do is, compute an ecdf for my temperature data as weighted by my abundance data. Any suggestion on how to implement this in Matlab? Thank you very much.
