C-Caller block missing in MATLAB 2018a

I can't find the C Caller block in SIMULINK library browser. Is it only available from 2018b onwards?

I also can't load any of the associcated examples as well; like this one:

According to the documentation page for that block it was "Introduced in R2018b" and so is not available in earlier releases. In addition, the entry in the Release Notes mentioning this block's introduction appears in the Release Notes for release R2018b.
