I am trying to simulate a 10kw system on matlab, Can anyone assist me with previous papers on modelling and simulation of PV array on simulink for reference purposes. thank you in advance for your assistance

Here is a clear example model explaining working of 250kw grid connected PV array
You can also refer to PV array documentation.
